Join the AniCura Team! We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for Iberia who will play a key role in driving a strategic, proactive approach to veterinary recruitment . This position is focused on direct search and talent pipeline creation for Veterinarians and Veterinary Technicians (ATV) , anticipating business needs and building long‑term talent communities. This role goes beyond traditional recruitment delivery. The TA Partner will act as a market expert and strategic advisor , responsible for building strong talent databases, maintaining continuous contact with key profiles, and developing innovative ways to attract and engage candidates in a highly competitive market. Key Responsibilities: Direct Search & Strategic Sourcing: Lead direct search (headhunting) activities for Veterinarians and ATV profiles, with a strong focus on passive candidates. Proactively identify, approach, and engage talent ahead of open vacancies. Conduct talent mapping for Iberia by region, specialty, seniority, and criticality.
