Hybrid schedule (in office in Atlanta 3 days per week and 2 days remote) The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across the organization. This position partners closely with leaders to deliver budgeting, forecasting, reporting and insights that drive performance and long-term growth. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills and be able to present financial analyses in a concise and easily comprehensible manner Essential Functions: - Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting and long-range planning - Prepare and deliver timely, accurate monthly financial analyses for management that provide insights into the company’s performance - Analyze financial and KPI performance versus budget and forecast and identify key drivers and trends - Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations and other teams to ensure data integrity and consistency in financial reporting - Assist with preparation of materials for management, board meetings and investors as needed - Improve and streamline financi...
