Job description
The EPC Project Coordinator I assists the Project Management Team and Project Manager on all project activities providing focused input to project plan and coordination of project deliverables. Additionally, the EPC Project Coordinator I assists Project Management Team across all phases of the project, including Engineering, Procurement, and Construction. RESPONSIBILITIES: Required: Preferred: - Provides assistance and coordination of proposal development activities during the bidding/negotiation phase. - Supports project management activities related to critical vendors including bidding, contract/agreement development and management of contract & deliverables. - Responsible for managing the interfaces between Engineering, Procurement & Construction for selected critical materials. - Participates in the coordination of the Project Execution Planning & AWP Processes during the Engineering, Procurement, Construction phases of a project. - Provides support, as needed, to the Project Manager/Director, Engineering Manager, Procurement Manager, Construction Manager and Project Controls Manager. - Provides feedback on schedule, cost and progress performance of selected critical materials...
