Job Description Our Lewiston Idaho CCI/Speer plant is looking for a Production Supervisor in our Rimfire department to provide Servant Leadership and management to ensure production goals are met or exceeded within budget constraints and maximum efficiency. Effectively focus and provide support in the areas of Safety, Quality, Demand, Employee, and Cost with an emphasis on quality and on time delivery to our customer. Provide guidance and direction on personnel policies, while maintaining morale and welfare. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - 2 year degree in Manufacturing Technology, Business Administration, or associated field, or 3-5 years manufacturing management experience involving labor intensive fabrication/assembly or related operations. - Computer skills including Word, Excel, and familiarity with databases. - Must have demonstrated strong organizational skills and strong work ethic. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Works with Quality Assurance Department on NCPRs, on hold product, testing. May be final authority on questionable product quality. Meets internal and external customer demand.
