Last date to apply: We are continuously accepting applications The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing Husqvarna’s U.S. Dealer Sales Channel to drive profitable growth, market share expansion, and dealer success. This role plays a critical part in strengthening Husqvarna’s presence within the Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE) market by developing high-performing sales talent, executing strategic sales initiatives, and building strong, value-driven dealer partnerships. What You Need to Know: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional sales team to consistently achieve or exceed Husqvarna sales, profitability, and market share objectives. Travel up to 50%, working side by side with Territory Managers and direct reports, from the first sales call of the day to the last, providing hands-on coaching, field leadership, and consistent performance feedback. Develop and execute regional business and sales plans that align with Husqvarna’s strategic vision, brand positioning, and long-term growth goals within the OPE industry.
