Minimum Hiring Wage: From $16.00 per hour Job Details: Scheduled hours: Days (8:30am - 5:00pm) Job Description: A Brief Overview Responsible for safe transportation of patients using transport vehicles which include wheelchair van and secure car. Provides intra-facility transports of mental health patients using a secured car. Responsible for documentation of patient transports. Participation in educational programs and in-services as well as performance of miscellaneous related duties. Effectively interacts with the patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining high standards of professional care. Provides high quality patient-centered transportation services to the following customer populations: Public; Patients; Allied emergency personnel; Students doing field internships.
