Working in partnership with People & Culture colleagues, the role translates organizational strategy, values, and EDIA commitments into clear, practical policies, processes, and programs that enable modern and flexible ways of working. The role leads policy and program review through a strong consultative approach to support the research, design and drafting of policies and programs for approval that are equitable, accessible, and well understood, contributing to a strong organizational culture grounded in fairness, transparency, and trust.
