About the Job: A s our HR Generalist for Belgium & the Netherlands ( BeNe ), you will support both Retail and Corporate populations, acting as a trusted HR partner to the business. You will work closely with managers and employees on a wide range of HR topics, with a strong focus on employee relations, performance and talent management, local labour legislation, and continuous improvement of HR processes. You will report to the HR Manager for BeNe and collaborate closely with HR Specialists, Payroll, and EU HR teams, playing an active role in local and European HR initiatives.
