Job Title: Electrical Supervisor Role & Responsibilities: - Provide first-line supervisor oversight to daily tasks performed by the Electrical Crew. - Incorporate Safety into all aspects of the operation and ensure that safe working conditions, actions and practices exist and are followed at all times. - Adept at prioritizing and coordinating electrical maintenance activities so as to maximize operational efficiencies and equipment availability. - Responsible for following and upholding components of the RPM Model for all assigned areas including but not limited to: work order submissions/approval/routing, scheduling, daily/weekly/monthly meeting schedules, and crew utilization. - Take lead role in training and developing of assigned employees in the skills needed to achieve key performance metrics. - Able to build rapport with employees through effective communication and engagement efforts. - Must be willing to uphold and enforce company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner. - Adaptable to shift assignment and overtime requirements. - Must be willing to take call ins on off shifts. - Must be willing to work with Engineers and contractors to complete projects Qu...
