Job Title: Senior Engineer, Control Systems Engineer Job Description: The Role: Entegris is currently seeking a Sr Control Systems Engineer to join our Advanced Purity Solutions Division. This position will be at our San Luis Obispo, CA facility. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced control systems and automation solutions for industrial processes . This role involves leading projects, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and optimizing system performance to improve efficiency and reliability. What You’ll Do: Design & Development: - Develop PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for industrial automation. - Create electrical schematics and control panel layouts using CAD tools. - Design new systems from scratch with functional process design Programming & Integration: - Program and troubleshoot PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.), HMIs, and motion control systems. - Integrate sensors, actuators, and instrumentation into automated systems. - Troubleshoot, making changes to existing systems on production floor (hardware & software). - Support Field Service Engineers in commissioning & post-sales activities.
