JOB SUMMARY The Asphalt Plant Oiler is a critical member of the production team, responsible for ensuring the continuous, efficient, and safe operation of the asphalt plant through meticulous preventative maintenance and mechanical support. This cross-functional role involves a high degree of technical skill in lubrication and mechanical inspection, as well as the ability to operate heavy mobile equipment. The Oiler works to minimize plant downtime by identifying potential mechanical failures before they occur and maintaining a pristine, hazard-free work environment. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES QUALIFICATIONS Education High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience Work Experience 1–3 years of experience in lubrication services, asphalt or heavy construction industry preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Equipment analysis and general repair concepts Oil and lubricant maintenance concepts Troubleshooting OSHA compliance and regulations Problem solving skills Detail orientated Time management ADDITIONAL DETAILS Physical Requirements Ability to lift at least 75 lbs regularly.
