What you will do: Under general direction, you will lead Branch HVAC Installation operations—spanning Controls, Equipment, and Mechanical delivery teams—to ensure safe, timely, and high‑quality execution across the portfolio. Own branch installation delivery: assign projects, align the right engineering/commissioning/mechanical resources, and oversee performance to plan Drive operational and financial outcomes: forecast, manage billings/collections, reduce project/equipment slippage, and grow backlog/margins Ensure compliance and ethics: uphold all state/local/federal requirements and operate with the highest standards of integrity and safety Build strong relationships: develop and maintain contractor, customer, consultant, and subcontractor partnerships in the local market Elevate te...
