Senior Project Integrator

Valiant is looking for a Senior Project Integrator to join our team! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate with project Stakeholders, field Customers and Security to verify requirements / facilitate deliveries. Coordinate with Customer’s security elements for Project Certification and Accreditation. - Perform end-to-end PMF programmatics for assigned IT project(s) (schedule, control gates, prepare slides, distribute minutes, review/verify deliverables, etc). - Create/Modify/Track project schedule, milestones, deliverables in both MS Project and other customer data/visualization/collaboration tools. - Create/update project documentation to include PMF deliverables. - Perform technical writing/ project documentation. - Version control draft and baseline documentation. - Track Team/Project Action Items to completion. - Project Purchasing, documentation and research– coordinate directly with Procurement/Logistics Team. - Develop project schedules, timelines. - Develop and present briefings. - Produce Project status reports. - Leverage experience across the Group, and external offices. - Other duties as assigned.
