Position Overview: We’re seeking a proactive, digitally savvy Sourcer who specializes in identifying and engaging top-tier Insurance Sales talent. This role will focus heavily on social sourcing, candidate research, and pipeline generation, with a strong emphasis on using social media platforms to attract high-volume Sales Producers.
