Job description

The Bartender at Emeril's Kitchen provides friendly, excellent service to every customer who approaches the bar. Prepares and pours drinks for customers. - Prepares ordered drinks with proper portions and ingredients such as wine, liquor and related bar service to guests at assigned stations. - Operates a cash register, ringing the proper amount into the register and giving the guest or server the correct change. - Provides a great experience for every guest every time through courteous interaction. - Possesses complete knowledge and service of food/drinks, and as such, is responsible for guest satisfaction. Maintains a respectful control over guests at all times. - Anticipates the needs and situations before they happen. - Possesses a keen sense of timing and is capable of discreetly speeding up or slowing down his/her station as necessary. Sets the tone and style of his/her station.
