Practice Manager – Dental Lounge Double Bay We are looking for a Practice Manager to lead Dental Lounge in Double Bay, our premium cosmetic clinic in one of Sydney's most prestigious locations. Dental Lounge sits within The Dental Group, a $25 million multi-brand dental business that also operates Sydney Implant Institute and Dental 99. Double Bay is the cosmetic flagship, and we want someone who can run it like one. About the Role: Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Double Bay clinic. You will own the appointment book, lead the on-site team, and ensure every patient experience reflects the Dental Lounge brand from the first call to the final follow-up. This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable on the floor managing flow, behind the scenes building process, and at the desk reviewing numbers.
