Kennel Assistant Insight Veterinary Wellness Center | El Dorado Hills, CA Full-time | ER: Are you someone who loves animals and enjoys working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment? Join our team at Insight Veterinary Wellness Center, a hybrid hospital providing both Emergency and Primary Care services. We’re looking for a dedicated Kennel Assistant to help care for our patients, maintain a clean and safe environment, and support our clinical team. Schedule: - 3x12s, Sat-Mon 3pm-4am OR Wed-Fri 3pm-4am (swing shift) Key Responsibilities: - Provide daily care for patients, including feeding, cleaning, and monitoring comfort (patient husbandry) - Safely handle and restrain animals as needed for treatments or movement - Assist the veterinary team with basic treatments and diagnostics - Maintain cleanliness of kennels, treatment areas, and hospital spaces - Stock and organize supplies in treatment and care areas - Perform laundry and general upkeep of the facility - Support team members with additional tasks as needed and maintain a positive, can-do attitude About You: - Animal experience preferred but not required - we will train the right person! - Compassionate communicator with the...
