We are seeking a Inventory Coordinator in our Phoenix factory Job Overview: The Inventory Coordinator, reporting to the Warehouse Manager, is responsible for maintaining overall inventory, executing day-to-day inventory responsibilities, and supporting inventory control procedures. Provides outstanding service to internal and external customers by supporting the Inventory Management Program within respective site. Job Duties and Expectations: - Demonstrates and supports all safety procedures. - Executes the Inventory Management Program within respective site, including but not limited to; regularly scheduled and ad-hoc cycle counts, supporting inventory reporting, maintaining ERP inventory accuracy - Supports development and implementation of tactical objectives supporting goals, budget, and customer service initiatives. - Assists troubleshooting of workflow or operational issues and leads corrective actions to help ensure standards and customer service levels are met. - Leads inventory management root cause analysis (RCA’s) for corrective action opportunities and process improvements.
