We’re expanding and hiring an Inventory Supervisor to join our dedicated team in Gastonia, NC . In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and enhancing supply chain capabilities to support business growth. This role oversees world-class inventory management and materials movement practices, including building and improving processes, implementing new systems, and leading monthly inventory counts. Additionally, the supervisor conducts root cause analysis on inventory variances, enforces FIFO procedures, participates in accounting audits, and recommends warehouse layout improvements to drive overall performance.
