The Role This is a senior, client-facing role focused on pre-deal technology due diligence and value creation for private equity investors. You will lead the delivery of complex buy-side and sell-side engagements, working directly with Investment Directors, Operating Partners, CIOs and management teams. You will be expected to operate with autonomy, commercial judgement and leadership, not simply manage workstreams. This role is open to all locations within the UK with flexible working options. What You Will Do: Lead Pre-Deal Technology Due Diligence: - Assess platform scalability, technical debt, product architecture and cloud maturity - Evaluate cyber resilience, data strategy and IT operating model effectiveness - Identify risks to investment thesis and quantify remediation costs - Assess separation complexity in carve-out scenarios - Translate technical findings into commercially relevant insights for investors - Lead management sessions and present findings directly to PE deal teams Drive Value Creation: - Develop 100-day technology plans - Identify EBITDA-enhancing initiatives across automation, systems rationalisation, data monetisation and digital enablement - Design scalab...
