3PL/ Production Logistics Specialist

As we move forward with new projects and continue expanding our Merch Store, we are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, oversee our end-to-end supply chain and 3PL partners. In this mid-level role, an ideal person should be able to coordinate the movement of goods, managing customs and compliance documentation, maintaining inventory, and be a point of contact for our support team and 3PL warehouse teams. Responsibilities: Monitor 3PL performance, follow up on operational issues when needed, and collaborate with other departments, including Finance, Legal, Support, and Publishing. - Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations and ensure goods move on time and without issues. - Manage inbound shipments from production partners to warehouses and 3PL partners, including verification of documentation and quantities. - Maintain inventory accuracy through stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and variance follow-up. - Organize shipments to selected distributors and manage order workflows in 3PL systems. - Prepare, collect, verify, and...
