We are seeking a highly driven Law Clerk for our Litigation Team with experience in various areas of the law including, but not limited to, the following: - Employment Law (ADA, FMLA, Title VII, etc.) - Government and Administrative Law - General Litigation (Construction, Collection, Contracts, Personal Injury, etc.) - Corporate & Business Law - Bankruptcy - Contract/Lease review and interpretation In This Role, You Will: - Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents. - Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing. - Attend court hearings, depositions, and manage all aspects of client representation both inside and outside the courtroom. - Negotiate, review, revise, and draft various types of contracts. - Create, analyze, and modify operating documents for legal entities, including corporations, LLCs, and partnerships. - Working closely with in-house counsel to offer legal advice that is cognizant of business needs and concerns of client.
