Job Description As a key resource of the Learning & Development team, the Learning & Development Specialist will manage end-to-end the apprentices and interns programmes at EFG, ensuring a best-in-class onboarding and development experience, and provide support and coordinate selected global learning initiatives. The resource will interact with all HR functional areas and expected to become a reference person within the organization on the assigned activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone willing to work in an international, fast-paced and client-oriented HR team within a global private banking group.
