Job DetailsJob Location: Aledo, IL 61231Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High School Diploma or EquivalentSalary Range: $22.00 - $30.00 HourlyPurpose: Responsible for selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and attachments. In addition, performs in-store customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties. Responsibilities: Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays Communicate and fill customer online parts orders via the customer portal Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations Helps to keep parts department clean and orderly Follows up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the Lead Assists in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles Helps answer phones and address customer voicemails with urgency Support customer Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge: Basic data entry/keyboarding skills/computer aptitude Basic parts and machinery knowledge Ability to use the John Deere Parts Catalog computer application Abi...
