Summary This role will play a key part in delivering Store Hub — a flagship, AI‑enabled platform designed to simplify, prioritise and improve the day‑to‑day experience for store colleagues. Working as part of a broader Store Hub product team, the Product Manager will own one or more product areas (for example: Help Hub, Next Best Action, Communications to Store Colleagues, or Labour Management), partnering closely with engineering, data, design and third‑party suppliers to deliver meaningful outcomes for stores. This role sits in a team led by a Senior Product Manager who holds the overall Store Hub vision and roadmap, and is part of a high‑profile programme sponsored by the Retail Director , with significant senior stakeholder engagement. Successful applicants will be passionate about improving the experience of store colleagues and motivated by solving real, operational problems at scale.
