This is your opportunity to join an international group with a project that needs you to help meet the challenges of digital transformation. 💻 THE ROLE: We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an Application Production Support for a national project. 🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY: - First Point of Contact: Act as the primary contact for all IT Production-related tasks and enquiries, providing support and guidance to end-users, Developers, and Business Analysts. - Incident and Request Management: Track, manage, and resolve incidents, support requests, problems, and changes using the ITSM toolset, ensuring restoration of IT services within agreed SLAs and following Incident Management processes. - Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor infrastructure and application layers for all vital and non-vital applications, adopting Group and cluster guidelines, IT best practices, and IT Security recommendations to ensure smooth operation. - Release and Testing Support: Prepare environments for releases, conduct pre-production...
