ABOUT THE ROLE: The Administration Officer ensures smooth day-to-day functioning of the Academic Registrar’s Office through efficient coordination, documentation and stakeholder support. The role provides high-level administrative, compliance and governance support to the Academic Registrar and other members of the HE leadership team. The role also contributes to the effective operation of HE academic governance processes, quality assurance activities, and regulatory compliance obligations, including those relating to TEQSA, the Higher Education Standards Framework (HESF), and internal policies.
