This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing Ansvar's financial and regulatory reporting processes, managing the integrity of the balance sheet, and ensuring high-quality financial control across the business. Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll lead a team through month-end, quarter-end and year-end cycles, manage the external audit relationship, and play a key role in shaping how Finance operates as the business continues to grow. As Financial and Regulatory Reporting Manager at Ansvar, you'll combine deep technical accounting expertise with a genuine passion for process improvement and team development. You'll own the APRA and statutory reporting processes, oversee investment and treasury management, and act as the line 1 risk champion for Finance, all while building a high-performing team culture grounded in Ansvar's values.
