The role The Director, Digital, leads and scales Newmark’s global web ecosystem and global social media strategy while being based virtually anywhere. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Digital, this role owns regional web and social media execution in close alignment with Global Digital, ensuring consistency, governance and innovation across markets. This position partners closely with EMEA and APAC marketing, communications and business stakeholders to deliver measurable growth through digital channels, while supporting Newmark’s broader global digital roadmap. Main responsibilities: Develop, execute and govern the regional social media strategy across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram and X. - Provide strategic leadership for global digital web initiatives, social media expansion and continuous improvement across regional websites. - Partner closely with the Senior Director of Digital and Global Digital teams to align global web and social media priorities with global platforms, standards and roadmaps. - Own responsibility for global websites and social media accounts, including site architecture, content governance, SEO and AI/AEO optimization, accessibility and perfor...
