Department: 08610 AMG Pepperidge Farm - Occupational Medicine Status: Part time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 20 Schedule Details/Additional Information: RN HOURS: Friday: 5am - 3:30pm Hours are subject to change and has the possibility to increase in the future. Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 Major Responsibilities: - Provides first-aid services to injured employees according to medical directives. Refers employees to emergency service as needed. Assists employees with illnesses, providing basic care, advice, and referral to primary care physicians. Provides CPR and first-aid training for Emergency Response Team and for other appropriate staff. - Provides medical oversight, training, continuing education operational support, and resources for onsite staff. Communicates availability of employee assistance program to help employees with work stress, personal issues, and any mental health component of the medical condition. - Collaborates with company management regarding job responsibilities, coordination of health services with other company policies, and promoting health education and counseling for employees. - Follows up directly with employees to assist with any medically...
