What you’ll do: Behind every successful global healthcare operation, there is a dedicated Customer Service team ensuring that every interaction is seamless, supportive and handled with care. key Responsabilities Customer Support & Experience: - Be the first point of contact for clinics and private patients via phone and email. - Provide clear information about genetic testing services and guide customers. - Track, manage and resolve customer inquiries proactively. Operational Coordination: - Collaborate closely with Laboratory, Diagnostics, and Genetic Counseling teams. - Manage customer data in Salesforce CRM and Navision. - Support payment collections, kit requests, and account management. Process Quality & Collaboration: - Ensure accurate, up-to-date customer information. - Contribute to improved service processes.
