SUMMARY: Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager I with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Provide overall direction and leadership on a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) dominant project or for MEP scopes of work on medium to large projects to include the management of project quality, timeliness, safety, as well as mentoring the project team. Develop and enhance customer relationships by providing excellent service. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the overall financial health of projects Develop and maintain project financial and equipment projections Determine and allocate project estimates into the financial system Determine cost codes, approve invoices, and make necessary budget management decisions Provide financials and billings to Accounting for timely payment Create monthly owner billings: Manage subcontracts and suppliers for the project Oversee budget and select trade partners and suppliers Handle billings and contract management, including contract buyouts Oversee the 3...
