Overview The Opportunity: As the Preconstruction Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the management, optimization, and auditing of our core preconstruction technology stack. This role serves as the functional bridge between Estimating, Procurement, Design Management, Operations, and IT, ensuring that our systems and software platforms are utilized to their maximum potential. This is role is critical to ensuring data integrity, process standardization, and will develop analytics that drive competitive bidding and cost accuracy. Location: You will work at our enterprise headquarters in Detroit, MI Responsibilities: Your Key Responsibilities: Software Implementation & Optimization (JOIN & BuildingConnected) - Lead the successful implementation and daily administration of JOIN Preconstruction software. - Establish benchmarking protocols for historical costs and manage design deliverable/estimate milestones, including Value Engineering (VE) and variance tracking. - Support development and maintain a Corporate VE Database. - Act as the BuildingConnected Administrator.
