This role involves preparing materials, maintaining equipment, and learning welding techniques while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. The Welding Assistant/Apprentice will support the branch locations and can work in various locations including outdoor job sites with exposure to weather, dust, noise, and heavy equipment. This position may require travel to various road construction locations. and may include early mornings, nights, or overtime depending on project demands.
