Description: - Developing and executing the qualification program for all personnel based on customer requirements - Developing and executing the continuous training program for all personnel based on customer requirements - Coordinating schools to support qualification and advanced training for all personnel based on customer requirements - Developing and maintaining the SURTASS program Training IMS FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING: #LI-LL1 Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in education, psychology and/or Master Training Specialist certification - Five years of experience with managing training and qualification programs - Five years of experience in the operation, maintenance, and/or repair of complex Navy systems Desired Skills: - Experience with SURTASS mission systems is preferred Clearance Information: SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL Travel Requirements: - None About Us: Scientific Research Corporation is an advanced information technology and engineering company that provides innovative products and services to government and private i...
