Job DetailsJob Location: St Louis - Earth City, MO 63045Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: DayThe Area Sales Manager (On Premise) supervises, directs, coordinates, assists and follows-up on the efforts of the On Premise Sales team. This position is responsible for the execution of all sales and marketing programs necessary to positively impact sales, representation and merchandising of all the products sold by KEG 1 Missouri, LLC. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Aggressively strive to maximize all sales opportunities of brands, packages and available promotional allowances. Expected to achieve sales results that meet or exceed Company averages for all domestic, specialty and import suppliers. Analyze and evaluate sales, distribution and market data, communicating findings to the appropriate personnel with follow-up as needed. Develop incentive programs within Company budgets to enhance the motivation of all On Premise personnel. Direct and coordinate promotion of products to develop new markets, increase share of market, and obtain competitive position in industry.
