Job description

Overview The Field Operator will operate wells and production equipment safely and efficiently by following established operating procedures, safety guidelines, and daily operational plans. Maintain reliable equipment performance, minimize downtime, and support effective resource use. Responsibilities: Carry out daily operational tasks while maintaining high standards in safety, housekeeping, health, environmental protection, and site security. Participate actively in daily toolbox talks and scheduled safety meetings. Monitor wells and equipment continuously to identify issues, optimize performance, and implement corrective actions. Perform basic maintenance tasks as an Equipment Care Technician to support equipment reliability. Report any alarms, emergency conditions, or emergency shutdown system failures immediately. Provide accurate, detailed shift‑handover information to ensure smooth operational continuity. Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities in line with corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance plans.
