The Opportunity: We are seeking a Principal Power Electronics Control Engineer to lead the design and delivery of advanced control architecture and DSP firmware solutions across our high-power charger platforms. This role exists to elevate control system performance, firmware robustness, and validation standards across both manufacturing and field-deployed systems. You will act as the senior authority in control strategy, converter switching schemes, sensing, and protection algorithms, ensuring dynamic stability and production-ready firmware at scale. Based in Brisbane and reporting to the VP, Charger Technology, this is a hands-on technical leadership role working closely with hardware, systems, validation, and manufacturing teams.
