This role oversees SSP’s retirement programs including the 401(k), pension, and non-qualified deferred compensation plans , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong operational controls. The Retirement Plan Manager partners closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to deliver reliable program administration while supporting team members as they plan for their financial future.
