BLUvera, Mortenson’s vertically integrated manufacturing and fabrication affiliate, is seeking an experienced MEP Design Phase Manager to help develop and deliver innovative electrical and mechanical products for use on active construction projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead MEP design efforts from concept through implementation, contributing to product development, estimating, partner selection, early scheduling, design development, quality control, and commissioning planning—bringing new ideas to life in the built environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with customers/owners to define completed product expectations, including key factors to focus on within the product development process. Facilitate the solicitation, selection, and contracting with designers for design build projects Develop and/or lead the preparation and presentation of documents through product development. Develop detailed product development schedules.
