With a keen focus on Customer Experience, t his role is respon sible for leading a team of managers and professionals, focused on th e transformation of our OTC & SLM operations, leveraging our business technolog ies to realize best-in-class system performance, and driving optimized fulfillment of customer orders across Generac’s global organization .
