40 Hours per week Day Shift: M-F, 7a-3p: Job Summary: Coordinates and supervises the activities of Nursing and Hospital personnel on the day, evening, and night shifts to maintain continuity of 24-hour quality nursing care. Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures Required: EXPERIENCE: Five years of varied nursing experience with demonstrated leadership ability required. - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. - Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Kentucky Board of Nursing or compact state license required. - BLS required. - ACLS and PALS required within 3 months . - Avade workplace violence prevention training ( Level III) required after hire, not to exceed 3 months, and maintained annually. Training provided in-house.
