About the role: As a Senior IT and Enterprise Application Engineer at Enfuce, you’ll take ownership of the administration and continuous improvement of our enterprise application ecosystem and AI tooling. This is a senior individual contributor role with broad scope. You’ll set the direction for how our platforms are configured and governed, while acting as the go-to technical expert for the tools our teams depend on. You’ll own the architecture and administration of platforms including Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce and our MDM solution alongside championing the governance and adoption of AI productivity tooling across the company. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and department leads to align platform capabilities with business needs, drive automation at scale and ensure our application portfolio is secure, well-governed and fit for growth.
