In this role you will enter a developmental program designed to prepare you for a long-term career in manufacturing and plant operations. The program includes hands-on experience in various plant functions, including engineering, quality, safety, and automation, while collaborating closely with senior leaders and operations managers to develop your skills and determine your career path.
