We’d like to welcome an Accounting Specialist I who will have the primary responsibility of performing accounting, administrative, and operational tasks in an accurate and timely manner, while acting as the primary front office posting teller for the accounting department. The Accounting Specialist will have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for service, with responsibilities including, but not limited to, member services, accounts payable, and dealer settlements and buy backs. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess a desire for continued learning and growth within the accounting field. JOB REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITES: - Assists with the daily balancing of the branches and credit union including preparation of the daily deposit. - Balances Member Trailer Totals to the GL every day; creates and enters data into Prologue GL system as needed. - Process incoming and outgoing wire requests from Members on a daily basis. - Acts as the front office posting teller for...
