As a Member Development Specialist, you will enhance member relationships by offering Sunmark’s products and services, via outbound calling, to members and non-members. Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30-5pm with occasional Saturday, as needed. This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule after training period, up to 2 days/week, upon management approval. Starting pay for this position is $70-77k based on experience. Candidates should have a high school diploma/GED equivalent or higher with a minimum of 1-year banking or demonstrated sales and relationship ability experience.
