AudioNova A Sonova Brand Regional Director: Central & Southern California (Hybrid) As a Regional Director, Hearing Care at AudioNova, you are responsible for directing and leading the Regional Manager, Hearing Care, a team of Hearing Care Professionals and support staff in a designated region. As a strong leader you will guide, coach and mentor your team while leveraging your strong business acumen to drive your team towards achieving sales budget, assigned key performance indicators (KPIs) and profit. The RD will lead the team to provide an exceptional customer experience, through providing the highest standards of care by following Pinnacle Audio Care. Talent management is a key focus in this position, as it plays a vital role in driving the overall success of the business.
