Benefits: - 401(k) - 401(k) matching Job Position Description: This position is 1st or 2nd shift, M-F, full-time, approximately 30-35 hours/wk and must be bilingual English and Spanish. Description: The responsibilities of this management position include developing cleaning plans, training, and assisting team members in their daily responsibilities. This position plays a critical role in ensuring all team members stay on task and completes all assignments to ServiceMaster standards. To be successful in this role, you will be trained to have a good grasp of the basics of cleaning and healthy team management.
