We are looking for a talented Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team for Leave of Absence Replacement (3 month duration) Hourly Rate Range: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour - In-person only | Full-time position | 8 hours per day - Caseload : 28 - Levels: 3 – 21 years of age - District wide services (itinerant) Responsibilities would include: - Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ motor function, mobility, and physical therapy needs. - Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans. - Provide direct physical therapy services to improve gross motor skills, posture, balance, coordination, and mobility. - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to integrate therapy strategies into the school environment. - Recommend and implement adaptive equipment, positioning strategies, and classroom modifications. - Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) and IDEA guidelines. - Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions. - Train and support teachers and staff on movement strategies, mobility su...
