Position Summary: The Business Development Coordinator supports Workforce Development initiatives by engaging employers and industry partners to improve employment outcomes for job seekers of Goodwill of the Olympics and Rainier Region’s 15-county community. This role focuses on employer outreach, job placement coordination, program development and integrating employers into workforce training programs through hiring activities, classroom engagement, and program collaboration. While the specific industries, programs, or populations served may change over time, the core responsibilities of employer engagement, job placement support, and cross‑functional collaboration remain consistent.
